nevver: Obama Posters on FlickrI saw a black 15 yr. old kid walking home from school the other day with a really large Obama painting, (a not too well rendered copy of the Farley Hope Obama Poster) painted by himself. Think about it for a second. How much this is going to mean. This, to me, is truly disturbing. Obama seems to be the perfect cross of a Rock Star, Che Guevara, the Dalai Lama and the type of social justice-Christ that liberals like to be pretend Jesus was. The Obama Iconography that is rampent in this country is a sign of a country that has or is beginning to lose touch with the Almighty. We are replacing the sublime with a Senator.
